The Nines Ensemble Series: Select Wednesdays, July-August

Over the past three years, The Nines has built meaningful relationships with a wide range of gifted musicians. While our nightly piano sets remain central to the room, we’ve seen an opportunity to expand the stage—offering select performers a platform to share their artistry in a group setting.

This new series invites musicians already within The Nines’ circle to lead small ensembles of their choosing—up to three instrumentalists and two vocalists—curating sets that build on their established repertoire while exploring new textures and ideas. Whether drawing inspiration from a particular artist, era, or genre, the goal is to deepen what’s already familiar: thoughtful interpretations that remain in conversation with the sound of the room.
